As a core member of the Silling team, Rachel skillfully oversees the administrative and operational needs of the firm’s design studios. She prepares project tracking reports for all firm projects, is responsible for monthly invoicing and payables, and communicates regularly with clients, consultants and other service providers. From policies and procedures to human resources support to business and professional licensing – and much more in between – her efforts streamline and maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance across all aspects of the firm’s operations.
