Fred Pack

Fred anchors our studio’s approach to construction period professional services – built on his 42-years as both an architectural construction administrator and a project superintendent for the area’s most accomplished general contractors. He adds incredible depth to our services through quality control and constructability reviews of our design documents and leads the development of precise project manuals and specifications. As our studio’s liaison during the delivery phase, Fred excels at both client representation and service while adding credibility and building rapport with our projects’ construction partners. As a former builder, he understands the complexities of how buildings come together and works to support and inspire the highest levels of craftmanship in the execution of our design intent. Fred has deep experience in all relevant project delivery methods, including construction management, design-build, and competitively bid work and manages all aspects of administration from procurement, pre-construction, and project close-out procedures.
