Silling Architects provided construction administration services for this new, privately developed residence hall located on the West Virginia State University campus.
While taking into consideration the campus history, this Gothic architectural design exterior delivered modern apartment-style units to serve 291 students.The building features a mix of two-, three-, and four-bedroom semi-suites, a 140 seat meeting room, a cafe, and student collaboration spaces.
